Horrific but true. In searching through the internet I came across 218,000 pages regarding this subject , Gangs in the military. I won’t even mention the number of links. According to FBI reports gangs are in all branches of the military.
Just give that concept a thought for a few minutes, the military training gang members that will end up on the streets when discharged. With attrition in Iraq the military is obligated to recruit gang members. The only thing that keeps them from being recruited is a criminal record. This is not something new, it has been going on for years but now it is beginning to cause some major concerns across the nation and in Congress.
